Music Therapy

What is it? <3

Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program.

Ida Goldman (90-year-old testifying at Senate hearings):

• "Before I had surgery, they told me I could never walk again. But when I sat and listened to music, I forgot all about the pain," said Goldman, who walked with assistance during the hearing.

When you are sad, you understand the lyrics

Whenever you feel down or just having a bad day, I think music is the best escape so this is

what I recommend to do just put your headphones, music really loud, and forget

everything :)

If you put together music and words..

"One good thing about music
  when it hits you
  you feel no pain"
 -Bob Marley

"I think music itself  as healing.

Everyone loves music"

                                                                              - Billy Joel
"Without music life would
 be a mistake"
                       - Maya Angelou

"Music can CHANGE the world

because it can change PEOPLE"

-Bono

RED

Taylor Swift "RED"

Taylor Swift's new album has finally release today October 22nd, with 12 new amazing songs, some of them were released before the CD came out like "We are Never Ever Getting Back Togther", "Begin Again", "I Knew You were Trouble", and "State of Grace" and they all have become great hits. Also in RED she has 2 singles with other 2 great artists: Ed Sheeran and Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol. I definitely think this going to be a great album <3
